How to use
Three slim tablets. Once a day.
Pour whatever you drink in the morning — water, coffee, juice. Take three slim tablets, easiest with food. Same time daily. Bone density rewards the boring version.

Why algae instead of limestone, shell, or bone?
Walk the calcium aisle and most of what’s there is calcium carbonate — ground limestone, oyster shell, or in some cases bone meal. It’s cheap, it works, and almost no label tells you which one you’re holding.
Aquamin® is different in kind, not just in marketing. It’s a mineralized red algae (Lithothamnion) collected off Iceland, and because it’s a whole mineral complex it arrives with magnesium and dozens of trace minerals already in it rather than isolated and recombined.
The vitamin D is the part most people don’t know about: standard D3 is made from lanolin, which is wool grease. If a calcium supplement says “vegan,” the D3 is the reason it can. Ours is VegD3®, from algae.
Trade-off, stated honestly: it’s three tablets daily, not one. And algae calcium costs more to source than ground limestone, which is why this bottle is priced above the drugstore shelf. If cost per milligram is your only measure, carbonate wins and we won’t pretend otherwise.
